Women are more stressed than men — and we’ve got the research to prove it! But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Finding balance is only a fairytale if you let yourself stay stuck. In this session, we’ll talk about how to break the stress cycle before hitting burnout, with personal stories and advice from an entrepreneur who’s been there.
Speaker Bio:
Julie Holton is passionate about empowering women to dream big with bold confidence.
“I want you to step into the life you really want,” she says. “Not what you think you should be doing, or even what you once wanted to do — but the life you really want. And, not some day, not after the kids are gone — now, on your timeline. The life you want, whatever that looks like, is within reach. Sometimes we just need a little nudge, a little knowledge, and a few girlfriends to help us get there!”
As a bold dreamer herself, Julie has a solid reputation for turning ideas into profitable businesses and successful non-profits. She shares her expertise as a business and marketing consultant and certified entrepreneurship coach, specializing in working with small business startups, creating growth strategies to scale existing businesses, and helping women to leverage their experience into new leadership positions.
Julie is the Founder and Principal Strategist of mConnexions, a full-service marketing and communications agency. She is also the Host and Executive Producer of Expert Connexions, a TV show that aired on WLAJ ABC 53 in Lansing and now runs digitally online.
