​Info: As a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various functions, I bring strategic and operational excellence to my current role as the Chief Operations Officer at M3 Group. My expertise spans management, business development, operations, business strategy, operational efficiency, budgeting and forecasting, marketing, and strategic planning. At the heart of my approach lies a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence, which fosters accountability, collaboration, and growth within teams and organizations.

In my leadership role at M3 Group, I am instrumental in steering the company's strategic direction, ensuring that our objectives align with our core values and long-term vision. My responsibilities encompass the formulation of strategic initiatives and their execution, ensuring that we remain agile and responsive to the ever-changing business landscape.

Parallel to my role at M3 Group, I am the President and Founder of Integrare Collaborative, a coaching and speaking venture that underscores my passion for empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential. Through Integrare Collaborative, I provide tools and guidance for personal and professional growth, leveraging my emotional intelligence and business strategy expertise.

My academic credentials include an MBA from Northwood University and a certificate in Credit Union Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Complementing my academic achievements, I am a Business Image Coach certified by The Protocol School of Washington, a Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Life Coach, and a Certified EQ-i Practitioner. My background as a former association executive is marked by earning the CAE accreditation in 2022, further testament to my commitment to continuous learning.
