Donna Kuhr is President/CEO/Co-Owner of PTM Corporation and Modified Technologies, Inc. both located in Fair Haven, MI. Donna is second-generation metal manufacturer and the operating partner. Donna has held various positions throughout her career and has served the company since 1982. The third-generation family business has supplied metal engineered solutions to its customers since 1972.
Donna is a leader in her field, blazing trails for women in manufacturing and those who aspire to be involved in manufacturing. She has received various awards including the Inaugural MFG Woman of the Year Award from the Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA) in November of 2019, Blue Water Woman Manufacturing Executive of the Year 2018 as well as recognized as one of Crain’s Most Notable Women in Manufacturing 2018, and WBENC Michigan Woman Manufacturer of the Year 2017. Donna was honored to be the first woman speaker at the 2015 JETRO Monozukuri event.
Donna is grounded in her faith, which is prevalent both in her personal and business life. She and her staff take pride in coaching young people for success, along with the third generation of family members to join the future success of her companies and the field of manufacturing.
