Bri is a speaker, coach, and course creator whose mission is to teach people sustainable self-compassion to relieve overwhelm, anxiety and stress. She specializes in teaching self-compassion using emotional regulation techniques. She coaches each client in recognizing and naming what emotions are being felt in both the body and mind.
