Sindy Marion was born in Houston but raised in the suburbs of Chicago. She attended Parsons Paris, and Parsons The New School For Design NYC majoring in Design Management, BBA. She believes our everyday decisions really help shape our lives. Shortly after graduating from college she and her husband, Luke Marion started their own business MIgardener.  She will talk about the importance of team building, finding the right talent for your business, and branding. She believes a voice for your brand and employees is essential to inspire people creatively and professionally.
