Learn to effectively lead, work with, and how to work for millenials. We'll discuss the importance of understanding cross-generational communication, and how to grow into leadership.

Katie was born and raised in the Blue Water Area. After graduating Marysville High School, she accepted a dance scholarship at Oakland University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in performing arts as a dance major. She credits her adaptability and strong will to her background as a performing artist. 

​

Katie is currently putting her creativity to use as the marketing assistant at Blue Water Area Transit. Additionally, Katie is a proud member of the Hi-Noon Toastmasters club in the Blue Water Area, where she serves as both Secretary and Sergeant-at-Arms.

She loves to learn and to teach and believes we all have a voice that deserves to be heard.
