A little about Re’Shane: Re’Shane Lonzo is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and workforce development leader with over 25 years of experience. A mother at 14 who also experienced homelessness as a child, she transformed early adversity into a lifelong commitment to leadership, education, and economic opportunity. She is the Founder and CEO of Lonzo Development Group and DRM International Learning Center, where she builds mission-driven businesses and community-centered projects. Re’Shane is passionate about helping women navigate entrepreneurship, leadership, and sustainable success—no matter their starting point.

A little about Jennifer: Jennifer is a professional photographer who’s found a home in architecture. As the business owner and photographer, Jennifer has a vested interest in her clients' success and values repeat clientele that have come to rely on her commitment to the highest quality of professional photography. Her new venture in commercial real estate in Ovid, MI has brought a unique accommodation for large groups who can enjoy the surrounding tourist destinations and has solved an accommodations crisis for the many popular wedding venues nearby. Importantly, the Ovid Inn nurtures small town revitalization in the charming city of Ovid, which historically has been impoverished.
