These investments allow us to provide enhanced onboarding, dementia-focused education, and hands-on skill building that prepare our caregivers to deliver exceptional, compassionate care. Our grant-supported training programs strengthen our team, improve care quality, and ensure seniors and families receive support from professionals who are confident, qualified, and truly committed.

Speaker Bio: Founder and CEO of Vinculum Care, focusing on healthcare and wellness services. She has over 23 years of experience in senior-level marketing and business development within the health and fitness industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Marketing from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration.

With decades of professional expertise, Brenda brings a unique blend of sales experience and client advocacy to every interaction. Brenda’s professional experience includes 20 years in pharmaceutical sales and 10 years as a Licensed Realtor with KW Platinum, as agency owner and licensed insurance agent.

In June 2024, Brenda expanded her commitment to protecting families and businesses by launching her own insurance agency. As a multi-line agent, she specializes in Life, Health, Auto, Home, and Commercial coverage. Brenda's dedication to the community extends beyond the office, as she currently serves as the Treasurer for Moose Lodge 158.

At home, Brenda is the proud mother of three adult children and is eagerly anticipating becoming a grandmother in May 2026.
