Speaker Bio: Devon Frontczak, MSW is a Master of Social Work graduate from Wayne State University and a dedicated mental health professional with over a decade of experience in addiction recovery and mental health treatment.

A person in long-term recovery, Devon began her career in 2014 as a peer support specialist, using her lived experience to guide and support others on their recovery journeys. With 10 years of personal and professional experience, Devon has combined her firsthand knowledge of addiction and recovery with evidence-based practices to help individuals achieve lasting healing. Through her private practice, she integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and 12-step facilitation to provide practical, research-backed tools that empower people to build healthier, more fulfilling lives. Passionate about bridging the gap between lived experience and clinical expertise, Devon specializes in helping individuals develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills essential for long-term recovery. Her work focuses on supporting people—including professionals, trauma survivors, and those navigating co-occurring disorders—by fostering resilience, self-compassion, and sustainable change.

Bio: Trained in natural health methods at Kingdom College of Natural Health, and under Psychiatrist, Dr. Daniel Amen author of over 20 books on brain health. Sue will be speaking about mental health in honor of May is Mental Health Awareness.
