Bio: Denise, born in Port Huron, is the seventh of ten children. Her parents instilled values of resilience, hard work, and community spirit.
In 1982, she earned an associate’s degree in Travel & Tourism from Southeastern Academy and embarked on a 32-year career in Travel Coordination & Office Management in West Lafayette, Indiana.
Returning to Port Huron in her mid-50s, Denise served as an Executive Administrative Assistant and worked in manufacturing at PTM Corporation and ZF Axle Drives, LLC. She added another 11 years in Office Administration and Event Planning to her career.
