Bio: Beth has been married for 44 years. She has 3 adult children and 6 grandsons, who are the apples of her eye. Beth lives with her family on a 50 acre farm in St Clair, where they keep bees and have chickens and often cows.

Beth has spent 15 years as a Radiological technologist, then 25 years as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Her love of being in the kitchen began as a child. After giving away thousands of cookies and hearing so many telling her that she needed to sell them, she began to pursue that career after retiring from healthcare. Beth started her baking career small, with a small booth at the Vantage Point Farmers Market. After this, she decided to take the big step of brick and mortar and set up in the Wrigley Center 3 years ago. Dots' motto is "come as a customer, leave as a friend".

Spotlight Speaker: Chamira Young, Photographer and Artist, Owner of Chamira Studios

Bio: Chamira is happy to admit that she is an art nerd and photographer with an obsession for creativity and productivity. Her passions include professional photography, art, and podcasting. She is constantly inspired by God’s creation all around her in nature and is constantly learning and growing on her creative journey. From an early age, Chamira knew that creativity would play a large role in her life. From studying at the University of Michigan School of Art & Design to getting thrown into the book publishing industry, to stumbling into the motorcycle magazine industry, to finally venturing out on her own, her creative journey has been nothing short of thrilling. And she is still learning!
