Info: Conflict is inevitable. Janal will share discuss common themes in workplace conflict, how we can reframe our thinking about conflict, and how to actively engage in conflict more effectively.
Speaker Bio: Janal Mossett was born and raised in the Blue Water area. She graduated from Port Huron Northern High School, earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, and graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School before returning to her hometown to joint Kelly Law Firm in downtown Port Huron. In 2013, Janal became the first female partner of the firm. Today she specializes in providing counsel in business law, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and family law. With a client-focused approach, she prioritizes practical solutions and personalized strategies.
Janal is passionate about giving back to the community. She currently serves as Trustee of the Community Foundation of St. Clair County and is a member of the McLaren Port Huron Foundation Board of Directors, St. Clair County Community College Foundation Board of Directors, and Port Huron Estate Planning Council.
Janal and her husband have a daughter and two sons. When she is not working, she spends her time cheering for her children at their sporting events, reading, and traveling.

Sharon Wilton is a lifelong resident of Port Huron area. Sharon graduated from PH Northern high school, earned an associate degree from SC4, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College, and her master's degree in HR from Baker College.
Sharon's career spans various organizations from 24 years at AT&T, the American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Fort Gratiot Township, and the Blue Water Chamber of Commerce. She is currently employed by the United Way of St. Clair County.
Between her Life Partner Bob and herself, Sharon has 7 children (4 boys, 3 girls-Brady Bunch plus 1) and 10 grandchildren from 18 years old-1 year old. Her passions are community service, community connections, and helping people.
